Your order will be processed during normal business hours. Tracking will be available within 48 hours of shipment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. We Use UPS or USPS for shipping. Please be advised that all Expedited orders may take up to 24 hours for processing and dispatch.
Express and AIR shipping:
The processing time for any AIR package including overnight or Two day air is 24 business hours.
UPS Tracking numbers will be sent via email when an order is shipped from our warehouse. Tracking information can also be obtained by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and submit the tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package online at http://www.extraordinary.site
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please select the US Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
- Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays. Weekend delivery days are valid for Next Day Air Saturday delivery only. If you would like to request a Saturday delivery, please call us at 1866-735-9116 to place your order.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Therefore, please do not submit20these addresses as shipping addresses. We simply cannot ship to these addresses. For any other shipping instructions, please include them in the “Add Comments about Your Order” box when you check out. In the rare event that the shipping charges are much greater than those quoted to you by the website, we will contact you via email or phone notifying you of the extra charges prior to shipping out your item. Any extra charges to Certified Watch Store.com by UPS will be charged to your credit card accordingly.
As a service to our troops serving outside of the country, we can ship to APO’s via USPS. This might delay shipment for up to a week as we do not get the post office regularly. We will do our best, though, to get there as soon as possible.
For your protection and ours, all of our watches require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. If you know that no one will be home to receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the UPS driver to deliver it to a neighbor. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS branch.
Shipping to an Alternative Address
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the20back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an “Alternate Shipping Address”, which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may cause a considerable delay in the processing of your order.
If an item is damaged when received, the insurance company must conduct an investigation. Please contact Certified Watch Store.com to initiate an investigation within 3 business days of receiving the package. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton, as the insurer may want to inspect it.
Claims may take up to two weeks to process. When complete, a replacement item will be shipped out or if that item is no longer available, Certified Watch Store.com will refund your payment. You can also use your payment towards another similar watch.
When your order is received, please check you order carefully. If there are any problems with your order, please contact Certified Watch Store.com as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections.
If the package is UNDELIVERABLE customer is reponsible for original shipping paid to dispatch the order as well the shipping we are paying to get it back to our warehouse.
Shipping and Item Problems:
If a shipped order was lost, UPS or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Extraordinary.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, UPS and USPS will process a claim for the package.
Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your order, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Extraordinary.com and a replacement item will be shipped out. If that item is no longer available, and a similar Item is not wanted, Extraordinary.com will gladly refund your original payment.
